Been lurking and trying the suggestions incrementally. All appears good thanks to the final piece from Expectingtofly. The iPlayer plugin is probably something I've use consistently for years, a big thanks to Triode and bpa.
I too am now worried about the Listen Again feature, this use on a daily basis. Let's hope the BBC are a little more gentle with this one.
