The programmes will appear eventually, just rather later than they appear on the BBC iPlayer Radio App for phones, where they are available almost immediately. Ironically it is *current* affairs and *new*s that are always last to appear... only on the BBC eh?
The National Radio Schedules on BPA's iPlayer "extras" app were always much more up to date, until the BBC broke them! What is it with these guys, don't they want us to listen to their programmes?! The BBC, great radio, great performers, producers and presenters, ruined by crap, lazy, over-paid, uncommercial administrators (I hesitate to call them "managers"). I live in south-west London and know three BBC produers, now ex-producers, and they despair. All three were in TV and left the BBC for the growing independent sector rather than move to Salford. That move was a typical BBC administrative cock-up. Politically motivated and singularly failing to understand that the media is first and foremost a *people* business. People with husbands, wives, children in schools, extended family ties and settled lives do not want to up-sticks from where they live just because some BBC bigwig decides the North is cheaper. And the BBC was too stupid to realise that hard to find and clever production staff and performers are in demand elsewhere and have a choice. I have nothing against Salford, a great set of studios in an attractive dockside setting, but TV production is smore than new studios at a low cost. "Ship" and "h'apenth of tar" spring to mind.
