Philippe thanks for the update. Latest dev version fixes ampersand
problems.

While testing the Roku I noticed that the log file is expanding even if
the Enable Logging option is off.

Roku SoundBridge M1001 observations

HTTP streaming options:

- chunked and chunked (open range) results in an UPnP error on the
  Roku.
- fixed large size plays but randomly stops mid-song.
- no size plays but randomly stops mid-song.
- no size (open range) plays but randomly stops mid-song.

If I read the log file correctly the SoundBridge gets disconnected
mid-song. The disconnect happens after one, two or more songs just
playing fine:

Code:
--------------------
    [14:57:05.004] UpdateMRThread:772 Begin uPnP devices update
  [14:57:05.004] UpdateMRThread:852 [00481D14]: removing renderer (SoundBridge)
  [14:57:05.004] slimproto_close:992 [004BA664] slimproto stop for SoundBridge
  [14:57:05.004] output_mr_close:575 [004BA664] close media renderer
  [14:57:05.004] decode_close:180 close decode
  [14:57:05.004] stream_close:333 [004BA664] close stream
--------------------

Player handles "next track":

- -yes partially works. The Roku advances to the next song but the
  LMS web interface does not update to the next song.
- -no works but sometimes the first two seconds of the next track
  are repeated. Needs more testing.

Codecs/Max Sample Rate:

- according to the Roku specs it is able to play 16bit PCM at 48kHz.
- pcm,mp3 and 48000Hz -> no Bitrate Limiting -> every track plays to
  fast, not subtle but very noticeable. Changing Max Sample Rate to
  44100Hz does not fix the speed increase.
- pcm,mp3 and 48000Hz -> Bitrate Limiting set to 320kbps -> everything
  plays fine.
- mp3 and 48000Hz -> plays fine.

All tests done on Windows 7 x64 with LMS 7.9, no firewall and all wired
connections.

Attached is a partial log file. The important bits are near the end at
14:57:05 when the song 'Heart Beats Slow' just stopped.
