I just had a brief glimpse of success...after deleting the Bridge config
and restarting LMS I was suddenly able to play an MP3 on the Onkyo....I
then tried another MP3...(so far so good)...but then when I tried a 3rd
it stopped working - clicking the Play button in the LMS GUI would not
start playback. 

So I stopped the Bridge and LMS, deleted the Bridge config (and log)
again, then restarted LMS and the Bridge. I tried to play a track on the
Onkyo. The LMS GUI says that it's playing, but the Onkyo isn't playing
it, and the display on the Onkyo still shows the name of the last "good"
track that I was able to play on it (i.e. before I reset the Bridge). So
kind of back to square one. All of this is being done with the Windows
Firewall turned off on the LMS server, and with Telnet telling me that
port 49156 is open on the LMS server.
