flac settings are : aiff = flac flac= native mp3 = flac/lame pcm = flac I have had a look at the manual (a lot) but have to admit I am stumped as to why the Onkyo won't play flacs as flacs. As you say I am going to have to try one setting at a time. I am pretty certain that my LMS transcodes 24/96 properly but perhaps I am wrong. Does Squeezeplay do the transcoding if your PC output device is 16/44.1 ? I should also report that the Onkyo / sq2u will play Spotify OGG Vorbis via Triode's plugin as PCM 16/44.1 *Vortexbox LMS 7.8 music on QNAP TS419p via NFS* - iThingys/iPeng/Tablets *Living Room* - SB3 -> Onkyo TS606 connected Digitally - > Celestion Ditton F20s - and connected Analogue for Zone 2 -> Sony TA FE 320 -> Sennheiser RS 130 *Office* - SB3 -> Sony TA FE320 -> Wharfedale Modus Cubes *Dining Room* -> SB Boom *Kitchen* -> UE Radio (upgraded to SB Radio) *Bedroom (Bedside)* - SB Touch -> Topping TP21 -> AKG Headphones *Bedroom (TV)* - Amazon Fire TV (SB Player) -> Topping TP20 -> Wharfedale Modus Cubes ------------------------------------------------------------------------ d6jg's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=44051 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103728 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
