So, a better reading to the spec and tests with my player tells me that
they are 3+2 ways of pausing a player and the server says which ones it
supports

1- client suspends the TCP connection till resume ==> the most
efficient, probably not supported by Uniti 
2- client closes the TCP connection and on resume, it asks server to
skip N bytes ==> no supported by Uniti (probably)
3- client closes the TCP connection and on resume, it asks server to
skip N ms ==> maybe, but was not activated

modes 4 and 5 are similar to 2 and 3 but add the concept of a time
sliding window on the server that defines bytes n°0 or T 0s ...

On top of that, I activated mode 2 and 4 but they are exclusive and I
did a mistake in my header definition ... so we finally might have the
answer to that strange problem
