Thanks, it is clear that the Naim closes the connection and re-opens it
starting from 0 (which is consistent with the fact that 'byte seek' is
not an authorized method) - Did you have a chance to try the special
version I PM'd you ? Other than that, the Naim not being a low-end
player, it might be worth asking them why they do not support 'TCP
stalling method' for pause which is the recommended solution for DLNA
players. You can gear them to that doc that I'm sure they have (or their
supplier of DLNA stack)
