I just tried 2.6.0-dev-6. All works well, with the following results on pausing and ICY metadata:
Marantz CR603 - pause/resume/reposition all OK, ICY metadata shown on BBC iPlayer streams and if pause pressed it's ignored Samsung TV - pause/resume/reposition all OK, ICY metadata Not shown on BBC iPlayer streams and if pause pressed it's ignored MF M1 CLiC - pause/resume/reposition all OK but pause, as before, needs 'stop player on pause' (if not, pause has no effect at all) - ICY metadata Not shown on BBC iPlayer streams and pause stops playing and restarts live stream. As noted before I get strange effects on the M1 CLiC when changing the setup. I carefully stop sq2u, apply, change settings, apply, restart sq2u, apply. Quite often the M1 CLiC will crash when I restart playing. I have to stop/restart sq2u again, and then it works - I'm used to it now. I assume there is some form of timeout in the M1 CLiC. I haven't explored further and it's not worth pursuing, but if others start to have similar issues I can do further tests and get logs. LMS 7.9 on VortexBox Midi, Xubuntu 14.04, FLACs 16->24 bit, 44.1->192kbps. LMS plugin UPnP/DLNA Bridge to MF M1 CLiC (to MF amp & ESLs) & Marantz CR603 UPnP renderers. Minimserver (server) & upplay (control point) to same & to upmpdcli/mpd PC renderers. Squeezelite to Meridian USB Explorer DAC to speakers/phones. Wireless Xubuntu 15.04 laptop with firefox/upplay or Android 'phone with Squeeze-Commander/BubbleUPnP controls LMS/Minimserver.
