Just released 0.2.6.0-dev-6. I've 'settle down' on changes about this
pause/resume problem so this version is normally the codebase/working
model I'll keep, but I've only tested it lightly

- ICY metadata (updating song titles on webradios) is included but can
be disabled with <send_icy>
- volume is synchronized from player remote/local control => LMS
- <volume_curve> has been deprecated to use LMS build-in gain
control/curve
- all the UPnP/DLNA headers should now be fully compliant with the
standard.
- player can 'autostart' on power on by setting <auto_play>

Some details:

Only 2 modes for pause remain:
1- Player can stall/suspend the TCP connection as long as it wants =>
most preferred mode
2- If this is not supported by a player, the LMS 'pause' is translated
to a 'stop' and on 'resume', the track is repositionned where is was
paused, but it becomes a 'new track' (still uses <seek_after_pause>)

For the curious, the other DLNA mode ('byte seek' and 'time seek')
usually supported by other system controller like foobar2000,
minimserver, JRiver cannot be used by sq2u because LMS does not tell the
size of the file that will be received (where all other applications
have it as they are servers, not bridges). Some players can still
perform 'byte seek' without that information, but I've found it too
unpredictible to be included ( and it might work on flac with seektable,
but not on transcoded flac or not on MP3 ... so very user confusing and
I don't want to have too many support questions, so I kept it basic)
Note also that the reason why Qobuz does not resume correctly when using
<seek_after_pause> is because there is no seektable is Quobuz-sent flac,
so the Plugin writers have disabled the possibility to seek.
Note also that the usage of icy metadata can prevent some player to
pause properly, so either disable it or use <seek_after_pause>
There is a good and updated manual thanks to PasTim, accessible from the
setting pages, so RTFM ;)
