I have updated BBCiPlayerExtra plugin to 1.9.2. There were problems with the "Disable DASH" setting in 1.9.1 and should be fixed in 1.9.2.
If you check the "disable DASH" setting in BBCiPlayerExtra then the BBCiPlayer "On demand" setting must have "FlashAAC". BBCiPlayerExtra plays programs in either RTMP (aka FlashAAC) or DASH formats - it does not provide HLS.
