I noticed that I get glitches when playing back single-file FLAC with embedded cue sheet (generated via metaflac.exe --set-tag-from-file="CUESHEET=mycuesheet.cue" --import-cuesheet-from-file=mycuesheet.cue myflacfile.flac). By single file FLAC, I mean that there is only one FLAC which contains the audio of an entire album with possibly multiple tracks.
LMS handles these FLACs just fine (metadata is shown etc). These FLACs play glitch-free on my other squeeze-devices (e.g., Hifiberry, Squeezebox Radio) and on third-party software (e.g., foobar2000).
