Besides cuetools, there's EAC (exactaudiocopy.de).

So the CD I ripped to a single-file cue contains a DJ mix. As is typical
for DJ mixes, the tracks are gapless (so you have like 15 tracks, a
total playback time of 70 min or so and the music never stops during
playback of that release).

I queue up and play the entire release in LMS. During playback, there's
a glitch on the SB player whenever a new track starts. The new track
doesn't seem to start at the very beginning (or, alternatively, the
previous track doesn't end at the very end). There seems to be a jump of
a few hundred milliseconds.

I hope I explained it well (non-native speaker). Just to be sure, let me
rephrase: There is one piece of music which is a DJ mix. It should play
continually for 60 min. On the CD, the DJ mix has been distributed over
like 15 gapless tracks. I ripped the CD to a single-file FLAC. I embed a
.cue sheet into the FLAC so I still have the complete tracklisting.
During playback, when the track changes, the audio "skips" slightly.
This happens only on my Amazon Fire TV running SB Player. When I play
that FLAC on a different squeezebox player, the music plays continually
without glitches.
