Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't touched any settings as it was working so well. I just changed Listen Again stream preference to DASH>HLS and it's now working (I still get the "Problem:Can't Open File" message but then the file plays as normal so it must be OK when it tries the HLS stream. Live, meanwhile, is working fine with DASH as the only preference. Anyway, as long as it works...
