You haven't answer the question as it is not clear whatyou are playing. First - Touch will play AAC natively - so by itself or even synced with other Touches/Radios will not load the network.
Once a Boom is synced with Radio or Touch then LMS will have to transcode and so aensd Flac to allplayer and network load will go up by about 3-5 times *per player* depending on the stream quality. Wireless only increases potential for problems.
