In DASH each of the segment is numbered (it is related to UTC) and it is up to the plugin to figure out the URL with the coirrect segment number - LMS will not know. Up to know the plugin left LMS to deal with pause/stop etc functionality (which can get messy as I have a jump back / forward facility so the segment number relating to the time when pause was pressed can be offset by the jump time value) and so I have no idea what LMS decides as I think LMS mau change pauss to stops under some circumstacnes. All this is speculation which is why it needs lots of time to fix.
