HLS working flawlessly with both live and play-it-again content. Dash rebuffering randomly (every 5-15 minutes or so) but no longer constantly.
Not sure what fixed things. I made no changes so I suspect the problems were mainly BBC, exacerbated by a slightly flakey network at my end. Hope I haven't made a mistake moving to Plus net.
