I can't tell you since I have no receiver for the atomic clock radio
signal from UK.

The difference between akamai clock and atomic clock should be related
to the network transit time and can vary from user to user.  Most
noticable would probably be users on satellite data links.

All live DASH streams packets are numbered sequentially - the number is
basically current akamai UTC time divided by packet duration time (for
BBC about 6.4secs).  This also make it easy to start playing a stream at
an earlier time.

However if the packet number is calculated wrong and is ahead of
broadcast stream - 404 error will be returned.  If it is too old then a
410 Gone error will be returned.
