I have never seen this problem. Difference between 1.4.7 and 1.4.9 relates to DASH only and cures problem where stream will not start at all. If you are using HLS - I really cannot help as I have no Apple system to act as reference players. HLS works by having a master playlist for eachprgram which has many URLs each 6 secs long. For Listen Again this playlist is read once and all the URL should be valid. Each URL is fetched and played insequence. If data is not available from an URL plugin will try again.
