Just to be clear, this wakeup is a soft interrupt and is only in the
debug drivers I run and hopefully I will never leave this disabled in
a production driver. Also, the previous powertop output was with
the default behavior of using a fixed interrupt for the NVIDIA GPU,
which on this system is shared with a USB controller. If I boot
with the production driver and MSI interrupt enabled, I see:
