Ditto. I would suggest that all distinction between what's an operator, or a function, or whatever, be hidden behind the scenes. "perldoc -f tr" should give you the tr/// operator, even though it's not a function. To the person who wants to see tr/// explained, it doesn't make a bit of difference which is which.
