It seems to me the obvious switch for perlop checking perldoc would be -o
... which is currently used. It kind of looks like -o could easily be -O
though (by symmetry with -M?)
There's no need for a separate operator lookup. -f should work on operators just as well. No reason that perldoc -f qq shouldn't bring up the quoting operators docs.
