The mnemonic "-f for function" wouldn't strictly hold any longer.
This would seem to require one of the following behaviors, none of which are
ideal IMHO, some of them less so:
search perlfunc for the specified thing, failover to a search of perlop
a lookup table of what lives where
a ghastly regexp to determine where to look
