Kat shifted her weight slightly and looked down at her feet nervously.  She glanced up at Nick and then back to Julia.  "It's just.....I see stuff sometimes.  And when I touched you I saw something."  The little girl was terrified of hurting Julia's feelings.  She really liked her and didn't want to scare her away.  Kat looked back at Nick, "I saw a lady who looked like her, but she wasn't.  I know she wasn't.  It was just sort of weird."

"Hey," Julia smiled a little to put her at ease and leaned forward a little before tapping her at the end of the nose and grinning "See, I knew you were special.  This is the Legacy kiddo... I tend to keep an open mind about most things that cross our paths.  Not sure what it means but we should probably tell Derek."  She really wasn't sure about what it meant, only remembered what Alex had told her, but she wasn't going to dismiss it and even added in a whisper and a half wink to put Kat at ease "At least you're more fun to talk with when you have your visions.  Derek...well he can get grumpy sometimes."

She nodded at the couch "You want to sit down and wait for the others to catch up with us?"

A person that looked like Julia but wasn't.  She snuck Nick a look as she straightened and then looked back at Kat.  He hadn't told her anything Alex had and of course hadn't had the opportunity, but she was wondering if he had the same reaction to Kat's news.
