"What kind of promise," Kat asked feeling a little nervous suddenly.  It
always made her nervous when people called her Katherine.  Well...except
Derek, because he'd started out calling her that and though he didn't do it
so much anymore, he still did sometimes.  Most everyone else only called her
Katherine when she was in trouble.
