Rachel
"Don't humour me on this Kitty Kat," I told her earnestly, "I don't want you
relying on a necklace to keep you safe. You're my baby, and I love you more
than you'll ever know. I couldn't bare to loose you." I pulled her tight to
me, pressing my lips to her hair and breathing deeply. A tear slipped down
my cheek, seeing Patrick again had reminded me just how much I'd lost...I
couldn't go through that again.
