I nodded dumbly, I'd watched my husband...my dead husband take up the reigns
of parental responsibility with his daughter. I pulled Kat close to me,
needing a little comfort and support myself right now, "you have to listen
to your daddy Kat," I whispered finally. "It's not safe to go playing in the
other realm like that. And we're not always going to be able to stop you
before you get hurt."
