Reese smirked to herself as she rode along with her friend. The one that he
was seeing now was so totally opposite Sam, Reese had to really wonder if
that guy hadn't fallen off the shallow end of the pool and hit his head or
something. Transparent and only out for one thing kind of women that gave
the rest of the gender a bad name.
Then again, justice was funky like that. You get what you give and all
that.
She looked out of the window as they drove, enjoying the air and the thought
of letting some of this tension go.

Samantha pulled into a parking space at public access and stopped the car.
"Here we are. Same drill as usual?" Normally they walked a fair ways along
the beach just in case someone happened to be hanging around. She got out
locking the car and fell into step with Reese.
