Derek reached out and touched Patrick's astral spirit with his own,
connecting him to the man, so that his own voice could mingle with
Patrick's. Making the two of them much stronger as they united in their
plea. "Katherine, we know you're here. Come to us right now!"

Julia frowned a little in concentration. What Derek had done was tricky and
both Michael and she had to make sure to keep an 'eye' on each man's
separate spirits. And if the two men stayed too long in that form..... she
didn't want to think about it and so just concentrated on keeping Derek
steady, trusting Michael to do the same for Patrick.
Come on Kat, she thought, answer!
Patrick let his own disproval echo in Derek's/his voice. "Is there a way,"
he thought/spoke to them all at the same time "We can just pinpoint where it
was shut down and force it open?"
"No," Julia answered, her voice seeming like a whisper to them but being
heard noneless "It could hurt her. But..."
There was a pause, and then a new surgance of energy filled both of them,
coming from both Julia and Michael.
"Won't.. last.. too long.." Julia's voice faded, needing to focus on what
they were doing now and on Derek.
