Miranda heard the voice in her head..and turned towards it smiling. She
loved
a challenge. ((you aren't big enough)) she thought directly to Julia..also
sending out and unpleasant wave closing down the rest of the plain..she no
longer needed it..with a horrible rumble and what seemed like a growl the
whole plain collapsed leaving them standing in nothing...Miranda back at the
pyramid had yet to tell Kat they were no longer on any plain...they were
there til Miranda said otherwise....she grinned evilly...Kat was hers...

Julia cried out in pain but would not fall. She COULDN'T. She had made a
promise to look after Kat. She wasn't going to back out of it.
"Kat!" She called out to her and Michael finally reached her, hearing the
voice as well and starting to glow "Maybe not, but I am."
And with that, his aura started to glow, using Julia's directional hold on
the voice to advance, his form coming up on and seeing Miranda before
smiling without humor "You're old.. but sorry, I have the corner on the most
ancient around here."
He extended his hand and a gold ball of flame shot out toward Miranda,
barely missing her "I'm going to give you ONE chance... then we, as Julia
says, 'throw down'."
