Derek's eyebrows raised questionly for a moment before he leaned down and
kissed her. This time however, it was not the same chaste kiss he had given
her in the attic. This kiss was far move passionate yet still just as
tender and sweet as the other. His hands mover slowly up her body to her
shoulders and then her face. He gently moved her hair back with them,
enjoying the sensation of it's softness on his hands. He released her then
and looked down at her. "Any suggestions," he asked curiously, clearing his
throat slightly.
"Oh yeah... wow." she breathed a slow husky sigh, closing her eyes from the
kiss and his fingers in her hair and moving slightly with the carress "I
have a few."
She opened her eyes and brought her right hand forward, looking into his
eyes and then down as she placed the palm of her hand against his abdoman,
just off to the side, softly inhaling when his muscles reacted much like
hers were doing now. She half wondered if his knees felt as weak and smiled
a little at that thought as she peeked back up into his gaze and then moved
so that she was whispering against his lip, each of theirs slightly swollen
"But no matter the idea or what else happens tonight or not... I want to
fall asleep in your arms, feel you against me."
Julia knew that he was hesitant for some reason.... as if worried because
this was too important to him in that he didn't want to do anything wrong.
She felt the same way, because it was that important to her too. There was
no denying that she wanted him, or vice versa, but she also wanted him
without the hesitation. Not that she doubted his feelings for her, they
were obvious and clear. Thing of it was.... she just knew it would happen.
Too much had happened and there was a sense about it that let her know that
all of this was right and was going to be. The conviction of what she knew
added to the desire she felt as she moved the hand against him up to his
heart and felt the beating there.
She grazed her lips against his, waiting for his reply.
