A couple of minutes later she came back Nyquil, Nyquil PM and a couple of other medicines that had what Julia had asked for and showed them to Derek "It's all I could find.  But Derek... Rachel's an alcoholic."     Julia looked up at that, pointing out "It's all we have right now to take the edge off and to let her rest until we can get her home. Unless you have older medicines that have opium in it?"
