Sloan looked up at the sky and then lowered his gaze when Franklin answered the phone.   "I'm sure you've heard what's happening." he said by way of greeting, only to listen for a moment and then replying "The sooner we get this done the better for all involved.  I'll expect you here tomorrow morning."   After a few more things being discussed he hung up and put the phone in his jacket pocket, only to shove his hands into his pants pockets and hope that this wouldn't blow up in everyone's face.
