Kristin," he introduced Julia to her, relief and warmth in his gaze as he
made the introductions "This is Julia."
He looked at both Julia and Derek then, letting them know "She knows.
Everythin'."
Julia wasn't sure what to say to that so went about fixing a couple of
sandwiches, looking up at Derek "Could you grab a juice please?"
Then she looked at Kristin, getting to the heart of the matter "Any
questions?"
"Ah....I'm not sure; I have to admit to being a bit overwhelmed." she
admitted with a small smile, her mind still churning with all that Philip
had told her.
"Let me first offer congratulations; a baby..." Kristin's smile grew.
"And it's nice to meet you - I think the social politeness of saying 'I've
heard a lot about you' is pretty appropiate in this case," she chuckled a
little.
