Taking another swallow of the scotch, Kristin sighed unhappily.  "I'm
not entirely sure.  Amber's been telling me about some things that have
been going on...and Jane hasn't been herself at all.  I guess the
entire House has noticed it, but no one has wanted to say anything to
her for fear of her reaction.  And Philip, that's not Jane."

  Worriedly, she took another drink.  As this one hit her stomach,
Kristin realized how warm the kitchen was getting.

Philip became thoughtful before asking "Behav'n how though?"
