Su Lin nodded to the guard, who opened the door and informed the waiting party of the rules that had to be followed.  After making sure Julia's friends would behave themselves, they were led over to some empty chairs and allowed to take a seat.  Lin was rather unhappy to see that Derek Rayne was not present amongst him, as he knew from experience that his presence would not make things easier.   "Now," he began in his deep voice.  "This Tribunal shall come to order."   Julia met Sloan's gaze quietly, the London Precept having entered the room at the very same instant that the guards had opened the door to let them in, then she looked at Nick and nodded, who quietly excused himself and went to retrieve the records Julia had asked for earlier.   She turned to the Tribunal "As the session has started I asked him to retrieve my material.  I also ask that my Precept be present during this session."
