Her gaze lighted on Nick, then Philip; she must have been distracted-she hadn't even heard the two enter the room. Somewhat at a loss, Kristin met Jane's eyes, her hand still clenching the receiver.
"I believe Derek wanted to talk to Nick." Jane said pointedly, having a good idea as to what the conversation between Derek and Kristin was about.
