Indeed. There should be enough IPv6 servers in the total pool to make is
possible to add AAAAs to the non-region-locked hostnames, right?
(pool.ntp.org, {0,1,3}.pool.ntp.org, etc.)
Perhaps AAAAs could also be added for the region-locked hostname that
do have a sufficient number IPv6-enabled servers in their regional pool?

There are local IPv6 heroes in most countries that I'm sure would rise
to this challenge. If for example I learned that AAAAs had been added
for *.se.pool.ntp.org but not for *.no.pool.ntp.org because of too few
Norwegian IPv6 servers in the pool...I can guarantee you that I would
personally see to it that this would get fixed quickly. :-)
