Looking at one of my dual stack servers in the US Pool. IPv4 set at Net speed 250Mbps receives/sends 600Kbps of traffic. IPv6 set at Net speed 1000Mbps receives/sends 60Kbps of traffic. I'd suggest there would be little to no load impact in enabling IPv6 for the entire list of the pool zones. Certainly a staged rollout would be wise.
