I guess that this will still take considerable time until it can
replace OpenLDAP.

My idea is to install this under different paths, so users of this
package would need to eg. set PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I've not yet
found a simple way to force a '23' suffix on everything, including man
pages etc, and nobody wants one package to trash files of another one.

But for the moment, I'd be content to have different paths for OpenLDAP
2.4, or whatever you developers like best.
