By default SMTube uses smplayer if you double-click on a video but the RUN_DEPENDS is on mplayer, and it doesn't fallback to a working player, can you change it one way or the other so it works out of the box please? (either change RUN_DEPENDS, change the default in the code, or patch to make it fallback; they already have code to find a working player as they use it in the settings window).
