Hi Wayne, No you aren't going mad - unless I am too :-) I just reproduced that problem here.
Made a new command list. show 16x16 icons and text label. One item, icon Left, command: c:\utils\xnview.exe parameter: "c:\windows\Gone Fishing.bmp" Xnview's icon shows on the button. Change only the parameter to: "%windir%\Gone Fishing.bmp" Click Apply. The icon disappears! That seems very weird. Surely the icon displaying routine only needs to read the command field, to pick up the exe name. Why is it affected by the parameter field? ------------------------ Yahoo!
