How about is I always read the icons from powerpro.icl which will be 
included in distribution files.  If someone does not like these, 
then can replace with their own icl file.

(I am assuming that icl files are also OK for DefaultIcon entries in 
registry which is how icons for scripts and notes displayed in 
explorer are set.  Else may need to use dll file instead.  Does 
anyone know?)
