If I misunderstood you, I apologize. I think I overreacted.

Then, try again after checking the option in the Notes tab
"No date/time in note file name".
If it still doesn't resolve the problem, try to rename the
note to shorter/simpler name, or post the content of the
note here, at least the first line.
