This isn't really related to your question, but there is a utility
that remaps your keyboard to Dvorak except for the cut/copy/paste
keys.  I found the reference to it here:
http://www.dvzine.org/faq/index.html and the utility can be downloaded
here: http://www.webone.com.au/~jkmclean/layout.zip  However, don't
take this as any kind of endorsement, I have not downloaded or
installed it.
