Hi Bruce, Could you hold off on more doc file updates for a bit? I would like to edit the word doc to insert the missing hyperlinks. I have already done the first 60 pages or so, but it is a bit laborious, so before I go any further I thought I better touch base with you. What I am thinking is that I will upload the doc file when I finish and it will become your original. I've already verified that hyperlinks in the doc file do carry over into pdf files converted from the doc source.
