Hi David,

I will do that, just to see what happens. I'm fixing someone's Access
database at the moment, I want to make sure that's out of the way
first before I make too many changes to my PC config (I'll also be
attempting to install XP so I can dual boot). I can find where to
disable UAC in Control Panel, did you have anything particular in mind
when you say 'other new security stuff'? I thought UAC was the only
new thing in Vista (apart from that 'makes-me-want-to-vomit new chunky
dialog box look')...
