Are you saying that PowerPro doesn't work under Win7RC or just asking if it works or not? In Vista, PowerPro needs to be run as Admin, so in 7 it's the same thing, since Microsoft didn't changed the codebase versioning for compatibility reasons. Windows 7 codebase is labeled as 6.1 not 7.0. If it works with Vista it probably works with any version of 7.
