Are we talking among people that doesn't know the difference?
Do I really need to be specific? 
Don't you think yildi knows the difference?
Windows startup could refer to before, during, or after phases, and in this 
case we're referring to phase 6, the Logon.
I explicitly said "after the desktop gets loaded"
So, I don't know why you needed to make that statement.

My suggestion is not to defeat UAC in general, it's just a workaround for 
PowerPro only, nothing else.
The script would run only to start PowerPro.
