I made a little progress here... Using shexview I did not see the powerpro context menu listed which was expected.
I then reviewed the 64-bit registry again and found that the CLSID info was not there. I saw the entries under HKCR/*/shellex but the CLSID that it pointed to was not present. Therefore I created it manually with the appropriate settings. Now shexview shows the item as a context menu but I still cannot get anything to actually show in the context menu itself. Also the pproctx.dll is not loaded when using listdlls. One step closer but still no luck.
