I am pretty sure at the clsid stuff includes some of the registry keys powerpro 
creates for shell extensions.

When you you start pproconf.exe, does it show the button label as "remove 
context menu" on set up tab?  

If so, it means that Pproconf.exe is seeing the registry entries and so thinks 
context menu is installed.  But since it can only look at 32 bit entries, that 
would tell me that the entries are in the wrong spot.
